SANTAM - Fails to follow up on Clients complainst

I been complaining to the Santam Complaints portal for a Month and 3 weeks now regarding their incompetency.

My vehicle was booked with Auto Body Repairs and just for Santam to send their assessor to go have a look at the damages to the vehicle, these guys took their time and eventually when they did, they still took time to give feedback to me and the claims handler.

These people never cared at the inconvenience they cost me, I explained to them how it's a struggle for me to move around without a car and they should fast pace this process, but No, instead they took their courtesy car from me, saying my claim falls under SASRIA.

So SANTAM would rather have their clients suffer and not make any other means while they processing the Claims.

AT this moment they told me to replace the windscreen from my own pocket while they authorize the claim payment and I should be reimbursed as early as possible then I can go to my designated Panel Beater for those other damages as long as I have the car for now to move around.

The claim was authorized 3 weeks ago, to this day I am still awaiting payment, I make calls, send emails but SANTAM is not acknowledging any of my complains
