Santam fails to deliver

<p>I was in a 5 car pileup in March 2017 where Santam's client, according to newspaper reports, police on scene, eye witnesses and victims, was the only guilty party as she came down the hill on the wrong side of the road hitting four cars. The first car with a woman in, the second with a man, the third with a mother and her infant that was thrown down the hill and the fourth with a father and his two kids. Of the four cars she hit, not one of us have been offered a settlement of any kind from Santam. For me, this vehicle was the vehicle I used to do my work and do delivery for clients, but Santam refuses to pay the damage or even part thereof, which leaves me without a vehicle in order to provide an income. I have explained this to them and so have some of the other victims, but Santam does not care about the smaller guy and his/her issues. The only thing Santam seems to do is send our file to 4/5 different agents all asking for the same info that has already been sent to them. Nobody has answers and no one is willing to help or give info as to how we can resolve the issue. Is this really how Santam treats the smaller guy?</p>
