Santam (Exceptional Service Rendered)

I am very grateful that I have Santam as an Insurer. I was with another Insurer for 15 years and moved to Santam recently (less than a month ago). I moved to Santam for two reasons, firstly, because they are rated the best in South Africa. Secondly, because of the excellent service they render which is visible throughout thousands of reviews. After being a client of Santam for not even two weeks I had an appliance (household content) that completely stopped working due to power surges (load shedding). The appliance is worth more than the value of my first installment and I have recently joined Santam for less than two weeks. I was assisted by Roxy Claasen (Employee of Santam) from our Cape Town Office (Assessor) and was treated with so much kindness and compassion for our unexpected loss. Excellent service was rendered which I have never experience by any Insurer in South Africa or abroad on my travels. Since the claim was logged, the matter was successfully finalized and closed in less than two days. I would like to thank Santam for my first exhilarating experience. I am proud to be your client and don't think I will ever leave your Insurance Company for any reason. Go Santam!!!
