SANTAM EXCELLENT SERVICE

I was in an accident on 24 July 2023 on my way to Langebaan. After logging an accident on the Santam app, it only took a few minutes for Santam to make telephonic contact with me. Santam kept me updated during the whole process.

Both Mansoor Martin and Nathaly Petersen from the Tygervalley office are very helpful and the claim was registered, the panel beater appointed and the repair work approved within three weeks.

The first call from Santam on the day of the incident was calming and reassuring and I am very thankful to have Santam as my insurer.
