Santam - excellent service

The lightning damaged my inverter at home and I registered a claim with Santam, which is my insurer for my house and home content. They promptly assigned ROXY CLAASEN as my service consultant. ROXY CLAASEN orginized an assessor to come and inspect the damage, and upon receiving his report promptly made me an offer to settle my claim. An agreement was reached, and the claim settled. I have been a client of SANTAM for many years, and will continue to be insured by them.
