SANTAM EMPTY PROPMISEA !!!!!!BIG
Santam are proving to be a very disappointing Company to deal with .Sent a compliant and on their website they undertake to acknowledge receipt as well as advise the name fo the person dealing with one's complaint .Unfortunately talk is cheap, I've sent several emails and no one responds . Thats how they deal with complaints, its hugely frustrating .
