Santam (Echelon) declined my Brake in claim
Santam (Echelon PCI) declined my brake in claim because they feel I was not clear on my claims when I app**** for a policy. I was clear and was advice by their broker what to report and what not to. However they are only looking for a way not to pay my claim and my history have nothing to do with my claim only with my monthly payment.
