Santam, Echelon and Stepp... What a nightmare of a combination

I had to do a 3rd party claim from Santam for an incident which happened on the 25th of March. I had NO COMMUNICATION from them. Yesterday I was just informed that my claim has been closed due to "third party not being forthcoming" however, NO ONE from Santam made contact with me. Mind you, I have submitted all documents in April already!!! This is what happens when you are owed.
