On the 18 March the Santa insurer, Brendon BARRY drove into my car and damaged my car to the value of R+/-40000. He then gave me his broken, Theuns Heunis, details to make a claim against his insurance. I submitted all te docs needed for the claim. In the letter of demand I wrote that I am struggling without my car as a single mom of 2 kids. Theuns ignored all my requests to see to claim asap. On the 25th of March I have submitted all docs Theuns required. On the 6th of April I still haven't heard anything and have to do all follow up myself. After having to threaten a *** by the name Andre Louw phoned me and I had to submit more docs as Theuns have done nothing. Barry Cell number has since been disconnected and Andre phoned keep being engaged. I have pleaded with Andre to make this a priority a week later and still haven't heard anything. Not even an assessor has contacted me and these qoutes are oy valid for 30 days. This is absolutely poor service from the Broker Theuns and Andre.
