Santam ****

I have been insured for my car for over 8 years with Santam and have never claimed. I have recently lost my job and called them to give me a discount on my car insurance, in which they declined. I then requested to claim for a few dents and scratches and was advised that for every scratch or dent I claim for I will have to pay an amount of R5600 in access. No one was interested in even giving me options to go about, no one cared. I've have spent over R57 600 loyally paying my premiums every month with no fail and this is the treatment i get.
