SANTAM DROPS CUSTOMERS AND PROTECTS THEIR OWN **** FOR UPCOMING GRID FAILURE - PROFITEERS
So after paying our insurance premiums for years and after sticking with Santam even though they were more expensive than other insurance we get notice today that they are no longer covering anything relating to load shedding and grid failure. Obviously they quote their overseas underwriters as the excuse to drop customers when they are most needed. We know they are protecting their profits ahead of loyal customers. Santam you suck! I will drop you as soon as possible tand will share with as many people as I can. Seems the famous yellow umbrella is for YOUR cover not mine!

Instead, you want me to post private contractual details so that you can buy time to cover your own extremely disingenuous business strategy.
