Santam Drive me home service is useless.

Last night was the 2nd time I tried to use the Santam drive me home service where I could not get hold of anybody and I eventually had to use RyDD to get home safely.

This is very frustrating when you plan your evening around a service that is supposed to be free and then have to pay for it with another service.

Do not bank on Santam. They disappoint more often than not.
