SANTAM DON'T WANT TO PAY OUT MY UNCLE'S CLAIM

******: it is so sad that one has to pay premium every now and again but when time comes for someone to do claim you running all around to payout the claim.. Santam just close my uncle's claim for the car that was in an accident last year Jan 2020 till today they are running, so how are we gonna trust this company when they can not pay just one claim of which he's been paying premiums till today, instead you telling him to report a ****** vehicle how? Because you know exactly where is the vehicle but you running to pay for storage and to the claim payment this is so disrespectful for someone who has been Loyal to you for some years. Will never recommend you to anyone one you are e ******
