Santam don't pay claims

My house was struck by lightning on the 16th Feb 2022. Extensive damage to security infrastructure such alarm system, electrics gates and cctv camera system. Despite numerous emails to both FNB Insurance Brokers and Santam my claim has still not been settled. They are quick to take your money very slow to pay, this is the second this has happened, will be taking my business elsewhere.
