Santam don't honor claims despite Regulator and High Court instruction

Santam have let myself and hundreds of thousand in the Hospitality Industry down by not honoring covid19 related business interruption claims despite us paying premiums for such cover. The Regulator has told them to pay (FSCA Communication 34 of 2020 (INS) and so has a full bench of the Cape High Court ( Case number 6499/2020 Ma-Afrika Hotels vs Santam), yet Santam are appealing the case claiming they still want "legal cer*****y".
