Santam DONT CARE

I have never been more Shocked with Santam. @Tavaziva (‘Tava’) Madzinga, how are the clients of Santam treated? Are they treated like nothing, like I was? Whats happening with your company?

Aside from the fact that it seems like no-one wants to work. Your employees go ahead and make major decisions in people's lives and don't even care about who those decisions affect. Your employees claim to be fair but speak down to people and act like they know better. Do you not teach Empathy at Santam?

I spoke to a Lady Julia today and Mam' Julia was extremely misinformed. She made no effort to find out the facts of the Accident and she kept telling me that, it was my duty to also be vigilant on the road. (Chris bumped me remember). I'm pregnant so I definitely was sober. That guy DID NOT STOP at the stop sign. (Finish and Klaar)

Then the offer Santam gives to me for a "written off" vehicle. SHOCKING!!! I own my car, humble little Ford Figo. I could never even fully fix my car let alone buy another car with that money. Do you know the pain of Saving for a car? What I need is for Mam' Julia, to send an Assessor, come collect my car, take it, and get it fixed back to its original State.
