Santam don't hassle..They just don't pay

<p>My vehicle (through natural elements RAIN) computer ecu suffered a failure due to water damage. I submitted a claim and was rejected without a Technical report.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are conveniently deducting premiums for a 160k vs a confirmed 151k valued vehicle.</p> <p>The Premiums paid for 7 years NO CLAIM totalling in excess of 100 k but they refused a 25k claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>That's the level of help I received from my Insurance partner. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.</p> <p>I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM while I PAID PREMIUMS..... UNTIL I CLAIMED .....</p>
