Santam doesn't live up to basic standards

After being in an attempted hi-jacking November last year, my car was given to Auto Prism in Woodstock to repair. This was arranged by Santam. Unfortunately after an excessively long repair with almost no communication from Santam or AutoPrism, the car was returned and the repairs were sub standard. Santam came out to investigate, agreed the work was not up to par and agreed the car would need to be redone. This was postponed several times until January when unfortunately aqua plaining on the freeway resulted in a second accident. Santam again took the car to Autoprism to repair the damage from original hi-jacking as well as the new work to be done on tire. Again total lack of communication, a long repair process, the car was returned with the original repair not being rectified and work required to the "wheel" not being completed. Santam again came to investigate (after many appeals and delays) and again agreed the work was not satisfactory and would need to be re-done. Calls to Santam claims manager go unanswered, emails not returned, promises made not kept. Santam has now informed me they no longer use AutoPrism due to there sub standard work, but here i sit with two accidents repairs not completed and Santam not making any effort to rectify though they admit they need to.
