santam doesnt honor their insurance claims.. useless

SANTAM, it's now been 3 months since your client drove into my car in a traffic circle, and all you people do regarding their claim is drive me from pillar to post. I have submitted over and over all the images documents etc you have asked for but still you stall.. let me re-iterate. YOUR CLIENT DROVE INTO ME, DAMAGING MY CAR. honor your obligation and settle the claim so I can get MY car fixed, which again, YOUR CLIENT DROVE INTO!!! I'm tired of the charade
