Santam does not want to move out my Policy start date.

I requested Santam to move out my policy start date from 1st March 2021 to 1st April 2021. After numerous email and phone call requests I have not yet received confirmation that the date is moved out. Should they debit my account on the 1st March that will greatly inconvenience me financially and Santam will take full responsibility. Santam, please move our mt start date my policy number is ***.
