santam does not want to fix my car

i put a third party claim at Santam in the beginning of march and they requested a whole lot of documents from me of which i sent them. after that they rep**** saying an assessor will come and check my car within 10 days. that 10 days has come and gone with no word from them..since i have been sending emails to them and i do not know whats going.. they are giving this treatment because im third party, meaning my claim is not important to them, im not totally happy with Santam, i was thinking of even changing my insurance to Santam but after this , i do not think its a good idea at all.. i just want them to fix my car that is all i need from them
