Santam does not pay out what they should.

Santam is absolutely useless.

We had somebody walk into our house off the street while our domestic worker was in the house. He abused her, stole a bicycle and some jewelry and left. This happened 2 months ago and Santam is still looking for excuses not to pay out. They are now requesting things that are not stipulated in our policy and just refusing to give in. They are not keeping to the terms in their policy.
