Santam does not care
I have been with Santam for about 24 years always standing up for you when Santam comes in for critisism at friends. In the last few weeks I have experienced the Santam my friends complain about and I am done. By Monday lunch time my new insurance with Discovery should be in place. I am not sure what changed in your business but your lack of understanding your customer needs, your pure arrogance and management attitude of you can cancel your policy immediately has worked it will be done. You were great up until a few months ago when this new culture in your business crept in.
