I called Santam to verify my profile and account information but Nontlahla went above and beyond her duty by: 1. Confirming by updated information. 2. Verifying that some data was missing but then ensuring that not only was the omission resolved, she ensured the matter was updated correctly and that my billing is fixed. I am bowled over by this service
