Santam Dishonesty.

I have last year taken a Santam insurance out on my business and on Sept I had an accident.

When I reported it to my tgen Broker Carios it was said that thry cannot accept my paper work on Whatsapp.In this time none of my Broker or Santam informed me.

But on the same time yhey accepted my personal insurance done by documetation znd e mail send to them.

It has been clear tgat Santam has double standards and that they can use whatsapps to cobtact you but when it came to my claim there was a immediate cancellation and stories.

With this I beg Customers to stop doibg business with Santam as there servuce us **** there custoner service is **** as well as they are guilty to contract breach znd *****.
