Santam direct insurance

I have been a Santam client for over 30 years and have never had an unpleasant experience with them regarding any of my claims Just over a year ago I reviewed the family assets that had grown substantially over time and some of the insurers involved that were by default required. I tested the market offerings for short term insurance cover and decided to consolidate all my assets under one umbrella (no pun intended) to maximize my benefits with Santam. The Santam direct call center consultants understood my requirements and offered me an excellent quotation with significant savings and benefits. Since accepting their offering I have found the level of service exemplary. I feel like I am appreciated as a real person and a priority customer with claims being handled super efficiently through the on-line portal. Best decision I have ever made. Five stars Santam!
