Santam Direct

After some disastrous experiences with brokers for other insurance companies, I switched to Santam Direct a few years ago. My experience so far has been very positive, and today's interaction prompted me to write a review.

Seko assisted me with some major changes and queries on my policy. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient with a difficult address, excellent at reassuring that she is still on the line, followed up queries immediately and gave prompt feedback. It was a pleasure dealing with her and having my changes confirmed immediately.

I will never go back to working through a broken again - dealing directly is far less stressful!
