Santam Direct
Insurance is one of those grudge expenses, but necessary. I have spent the morning dealing with Santam Direct moving my policy from a broker (tone deaf to my needs) to dealing direct with the insurer. Their service (multiple departments) was pleasant and efficient and more than willing to go the extra mile.
