Santam - destination f&*%%$ed

I rate Santam a 1 for the manner in which my claim is being dealt with. Every agent I've spoken to is useless. I've managed to get hold of a Manager Maria Boer who has gone the extra mile to assist me with my claim and is very humble while doing so.

If everyone had Maria's work ethic you would have a great thing going and save many, many clients. Unfortunately your first touchpoint are sleepy agents causing so much frustration and I will definitely reconsider insuring my businesses with you.
