Santam Declines without investigating all facts

<p>I was involved in an accident with santam client that involved three aother cars and mine being the fourth. Santam client was driving on the yeallow lane and it was a bumper to bumper traffinc. Their client decided to join our lane without considering enough space. When I registered my claim to them. They declined saying their client said he was pushed to the outsurance covered car and that was pushed to my car. I and other drivers claims Santam client caused the accident.</p>
