Santam declined claims after thier client bump me from behind

Santam customer claims to have a blackout, bumps my car from behind as a result my car bump into another car. My car was not insured. I filled in for a third party claim to Santam. I sent all the required documents. After a month and few days, Santam rep**** me that, their customer had a blackout and so she was not negligent. Where do you bump some one from back and you are not wrong? I will wish to take this to social media for comments. For an insurance company as Santam to came up with such business politics and not comply, is So sad
