Santam dealers in Pirate headlight Spares

It is sad that after 8 Claim free years i have had to deal with the most *********** insurance company.<br> I need to make all consumers aware that Santam does not respect or value what you need as a customer.<br> My claim is a third party claim which is less than R9000. Santam will get the money back either way from the person that knocked my car.<br> Santam insists on fitting 1 Depo headlight. I have been back and forth with Braam Botha requesting a OEM headlight which is Approx R500 more. He only responds to my emails after i send a follow up email a few days later. How is it possible such an important safety component be fitted with a pirate part.<br> Toyota recommends genuine parts for a reason. It is for the safety and durability of there products. <br> Braam Botha insists i have 2 different headlights on my all original vehicle.<br> Will Lize Lambrechts change her headlights to DEPO.<br> He goes on to mention that it is to make insurance affordable. Affordable at the cost of my families life in our car.<br> <br> I have been asking to speak Seniors at Santam but they are too busy for Small customers.<br> I will write to every publication warning then of this practice and no Choice Santam forces there customers in.
