Santam Covid-19 shame

I have a infectious/contagious disease extension clause on my policy (***) and Santam is refusing to accept that I am covered under this clause, for covert 19. If this clause does not cover you the what does, and why offer a clause like this. i am very angry, as i have been using Santam for years. After the fires in Knysna, i asked my broker to make sure I am covered for all worst case scenarios, and they are refusing to give any answer, or explanation. Shame on you for letting us down when we need you most.
