Santam Continues To Collect My Hard Earned Rands

I was a Santam Insurance policy holder and after being taken for a ride during my insurance claim I decide to terminate my policy with them on 5 January 2015 yet they debited some money from my account yesterday and they have not even budged about my refund.<br> <br> What is going on with the admin in this company, I'm even starting to think some of these things are intentional. <br> <br> This is my second Hellopeter on them, they just don't seem to care about their clients.
