Santam contact centre service

I called the contact centre and the agent told me that he was unable to assit with my request. I decided to end the call with this agent. I then sent an email with the same request and immediately i received an email confirming that my request was completed, the way I wanted it. Well done to Mariam for restoring my faith in my insurer. There should be more capable staff like you dealing with clients. Your willingness and efficiency make it a pleasure to deal with you. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
