SANTAM CONSPIRES WITH PRIME MERIDIAN TO DE***** INSUREDS!!!
<p>I am dismayed at Santam and Prime Meridian for the service that I have received. My claim is with Prime Meridian but underwritten by Santam.</p> <p> </p> <p>My vehicle is a write-off, this was confirmed by their assessor and subsequently Donovan Olivier, the *********. When they realised that the vehicle is a write-off, they have changed the model of my vehicle to be an expensive model so that they come back and say that the vehicle is not a write off anymore. They are deliberately using the incorrect vehicle, so that they buy time that their consultants get the incentive for rejecting the claim or settling on a lower value.</p> <p> </p> <p>They are coercing me to accept the lower value based on the savings that I have made on the premiums. What is appalling is that they are dragging reputable name like Santam under their umbrella of shame.</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand that this matter be resolved expediently!!!</p>

Prime Meridian Direct is not underwritten by Santam as eluded to in your post. They are managed and underwritten by SSI with a separate license from Santam.

Please note that the policy is underwritten by Santam Insurance Company. I am in possession of the agreement of loss that you and your partners are trying to coerce me to sign. It is explicitly stated that it is underwritten by Santam Insurance.

It is unfortunately not the case -- the company i referred you too is called Santam Structured Insurance, SSI, which is not Santam Insurance Limited, and is another entity with a complete different license. We do understand that it can be confusing and is in the process of amending the information to reflect correctly.
