Santam confusing
Last week Hello peter asked me to review any company, I gave santam Insure 5 stars. Three days ago I asked santam to send there banking details so I can pay manually, because i will not be paid a salary this month. Today I received an email saying I am scheduled for the payment to be deducted from my account on the 22nd so they can not send me banking details. In the past never has my premium been deducted on the 22nd. I just want to do the right thing and pay on the 2nd or 3rd next month when I will have money to pay. Very confusing Policy no ***
