Santam - client service great - action not as good.

We had a bad storm on the 5th February and it too approx 10 days, with the assistance of client service, who were great, to get an assessor to come. The claim was approved, but am still waiting for another approx 12 days anyone to contact us about the work to be done.......so a total of 1 month for any action to happen.
