Santam client service
I've been trying to contact Santam , my short term insurance company, for more than 2 weeks now. I've send mails, and made calls. Yesterday a Santam lady promised me that someone will call back. Still nothing. I only want to change something on my policy, Imagine if it was a claim - Should I sign up with another company? Are Santam no longer interested in clients? They do like my monthly premium,
