SANTAM CLAIMS DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE!!

Horrible service, I logged a cell phone claim and when trying to contact the assessor Nombelo I am unable to get hold of her for hours. Been staying on the line for 30min as well waiting for someone in her team to answer this is disgusting and highly unprofessional coming from such a huge company.
