As an external party, my initial interaction with a SANTAM was an absolute shambles. Needless to say, I was then introduced to a Legal Officer by the name of Maurisha Pikaan. Her correspondence was professional and concise. It's easy to document poor service, but equally we have to recognize professional excellent service...as was my experience with Maurisha.
