Santam claims

I am a 80 year old policy holder of Santam and paying my policy uninterrupted for more than 4 years.

I am struggling since the 3rd of December 2022 to register a motor claim with santam but without success.

I do not know what else to do because santam consultants promise to call me back but nothing happens.

Can someone help me with advice pls.
