SANTAM CLAIMS
I am with Santam insurance and this is the second time I am having trouble with a claim. My housekeeper was busy cleaning on Monday morning and she moved the TV cupboard to clean behind it and accidently the TV flipped over and is now damaged. I phoned Santam early morning to report the damage but got a call back that I am not covered for accidental damage! Every month I make a payment to be insured on my household contents and now when I need the insurance I cant even use it??

I am very unhappy with this situation as I do not have a TV now and I was unaware that my policy does not cover accidental damages! I have insurance on my household items only with reason if something like this happens or theft.
