SANTAM - Claim settled in 2 days

During a burglary at my home about two weeks ago, (detail is not important - case for the police) I have to rely on SANTAM due to damages and a ****** laptop. I called SANTAM immediately and the agent I have spoken to, told me I don't have to worry. He kept me updated the whole time, up the end and that was yesterday. Just a brilliant experience with him on the case and it was settled within 2 (TWO) days.
