Santam claim not finalized over 2 months

I am extremely dissatisfied with the manner in which my claim has been managed, as it has been more than two months since my accident. It is extremely frustrating to pay for both insurance and a bank installment for a motorcycle that cannot be used. I have asked for updates from my broker on numerous occasions, and I have provided all the necessary information as you asked. The assessors have examined the bike and have also spoken with the workshop manager at BMW.

Although I have been empathetic and forbearing throughout the entire process, I am currently experiencing significant frustration and dissatisfaction. I had two planned trips for which I took leave from work, but I was unable to participate because I did not have a motorcycle. Additionally, my claim has not yet been finalized. I have an upcoming trip that I may be unable to attend as a result of this. It is truly an inconvenience and is causing me a significant amount of financial strain. I am perplexed as to why you wish to appoint an external assessor, as you have already been shown the motorbike. I have submitted photographs of the motorbike prior to the accident, complete with time marks. What additional information do you require? This process is expected to be prolonged, and time is not on my side. I am being regarded as though I am fabricating the accident, which is absurd. The BMW dealership was visited by the assessors to evaluate my bike, which was damaged. I have submitted the requested pictures before the incident. I am exceedingly dissatisfied. Would it be possible to finalize my claim? The experience has left me with an unpleasant aftertaste. I had great respect for Santam for its exceptional insurance coverage and the positive reviews it received. However, I must admit that this treatment is disappointing.
