Santam claim issues
Dont use Santam Insurance. Why do we pay for insurance if there is always a reason why the insurance wont pay when something happens. I moved to Santam because I thought they are an Insurance company that they are always here for me as they say. But as soon as I need them they have excuses as to why they cant resolve my issue properly. I have been struggling with them for more than 6 months. Now I have even more damage because of them.

31 Aug 2026, 20:51I have still not received a call from Santa as they said they will. But honestly I am not surprised as this is the type of service I have been receiving from them, non existent. I will not recommend santam to anyone as they cannot just restore my borehole to a working condition as it was before.
