I've had the misfortune of having to claim from Santan on my home insurance as well as my vehicle insurance policies within a week of each other. I received

excellent service from Idrees (Santam Bellville) and the from another staff member for my home claim. Both claims officials took me through the process and regularly updated my on its progress. So chaffed with Santam won't swap them for any other insurer.
