Santam Claim Approved
Logged a roof hail damage claim. Assesor was out within week Approved Santam supplier declined claim, my personal repairer resubmitted with additional information. Two weeks delay for escalation but claim is now approved.
I do enjoy the fact that Santam has the clients interest at mind.
