santam Claim *** WILL FIND A WAY NOT TO PAY WITH LOOP HOLES

I have struggled with Santam with a loop Hole who *****s EVERYONE over The accident was on the 6-10-2021, these people have the audacity to tell me that because my wife has no video footage and my wife has no witnesses(because a 3d party moved the vehicle before the Police arrived) That i sent them pictures of but that is not enough i had to get a call from my wife saying there are 5 men surrounding the car (the driver who caused the accidents family)who is intimidating my wife ?!!!! Did you know the responsibility as a driver who is turning right (in a intersection with arrows) to make sure that the other cars have to stop at red light stopped at the red robot before crossing ? according to Maurisha Pikaan Legal Officer – Uninsured Liabilities Specialist Claims Services Cape Town this is what she says . she took 2 months( The driver / owner never reported the accident within the 24 our as this is law in SA to get a case number my case number is AR91-10-2021 ) to give me a report that they made me sign a piece of paper for that says the have 10 days to give it to me by Andre Louw Specialist Claims Legal Liabilities , asking for a supervisors number also doesn't work as Janice Thomas *** the call never get answered it rings twice and drops , all of this time i have call every single time i have never revived any Phone call after requesting multiple times to all party's mentioned above to phone me with progress i had to push the brokers (Instasure Angela JamesTeam Leader) for an answer because they don't answer Santam ? in SA this is THE worst insurance EVER do not use them ! do not expect any correspondence or sympathy as a 3rd party claimee , in SA people are to scared to stop and assist with a accident with the crime rate here .You will get caught in a loop hole by Santam. They advertise fair claims? but treat you like you are always wrong and wont assist at all .Santam keeps saying "give us video or a interdependent witness proof because its my wife's word against their drivers word " they removed the vehicle privately after the indecent before police came , the driver left the scene without giving Proper details and a statement , as well as never filling in a accident report ,we did ? how can all this be Legal and i still do not get any Joy out of Santam ?does this not let the Question their drivers character as this is what they are basing the not to pay out my claim ?
