Santam Claim

on the 20th of November 2020 my car was broken into and radio and battery was ******, i open a case of break into and theft at Evander Saps,and I called Santam they sent Sectri Auto body Secunda to tow the car to their storage since it was undrivable, on the 12 of December 2020 i received an email from Santam( ***) stating that my car was uneconomical for repairs so they will write it off. Ever since no contact from santam i called Jaco Morgan an assessor he's not answering my calls i spoke to one of their consultant he emailed him twice asking him to respond to my claim and I was copied on the emails and nothing happened. my Claim no is ***. please assist with this matter.
